Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags still attached. Dancewear that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as tights, undergarments, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

If your item arrived defective or if you received the wrong item, please contact us so we can make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.
